Register EvaluationSuite as a new generic asset type. This enables evaluation suites to be stored as workspace-scoped generic assets following the same pattern as evaluators, prompts, and agent blueprints. - Add EVALUATIONSUITE to AssetType enum - Add to GENERIC_ASSET_TYPES list - Bump version to 1.18.0 - Update CHANGELOG.md Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
