Description

removed SYS_PTRACE and alphabetized list of capabilities to add for easier cross-referencing with Baseline Pod Security Standards

Integration tests use the Azure/k8s-bake action with the latest version of Helm which fails due to the recent Helm v4 release. A PR has been created to accommodate Helm v4 and newer.
