Summary

• replace raw Netlify/GitHub provider details in queue flash/model errors with generic user-facing messages
• preserve detailed provider diagnostics in queue_response and Yii::error logs
• add a shell guard to keep provider response data and restaurant identifiers out of queue-facing errors
