The Zenodo GitHub integration was failing due to invalid metadata in the
CITATION.cfffile. This prevented proper citation generation and DOI assignment through Zenodo's automatic GitHub integration.Issues Fixed
The
CITATION.cfffile contained several validation errors:doi: ..which is not a valid DOI format15.08.2025instead of the required ISO 8601 format2025-08-15"LGPL-3.0 license"instead of the SPDX identifierLGPL-3.0-onlyChanges Made
