- Author root DESIGN.md (google-labs-code spec) with default theme tokens
- Generate src/design-tokens.css from YAML front matter (scripts/design-to-css.ts)
- Inline tokens into dist/styles.css at build (scripts/build-styles.ts)
- Wire primary/danger buttons and links to CSS vars with rgb fallbacks
- Inject DESIGN.md into agent system prompt so streamed specs honor theme
- Include DESIGN.md in Vercel function bundle
