The last LTS release was before we attempted 600+ users. Since then, we have made further improvements and fixed bugs

The differences are bug fixes, ui changes, and IK changes

this includes euro filter, smoothing pos / rot,

added mincutoff, beta, Derivativecutoff aswell
had to undo a performance optimization ;/

* Added Enumator of types.

* Added better Viewing of warnings, ability to select gameobjects with missing scripts, and Hopefully not lag the inspector while sitting doing nothing.

* Hope someone has a better answer than what I'm doing here, but seems to be the easiest atm to disable if the HVR.comms is in the avatar's root.
i need to create a read write pass to the job at somepoint to allow heuristic
