CI was installing with the runner's Yarn 1, which cannot parse the Berry lockfile or the scoped resolutions entries. Pin the package manager and enable corepack so builds use yarn 4.5.3 with an immutable lockfile.
checkout v6, setup-node v6, upload-artifact v7 — v4 actions run on Node 20, which GitHub deprecates on runners starting June 16, 2026.
