Why does this feature exist?

Ship the StyleProof report-clarity fixes as version 4.7.5 so Fleet can consume an immutable package and Action revision.

What changed?

• Bumped package.json and package-lock.json from 4.7.4 to 4.7.5.
• Rolled the current Unreleased fixes into the dated 4.7.5 changelog section.

Behavioural Proof (with video and screenshots)

Not applicable — release metadata only. The underlying report behavior is proved in PRs #342, #343, and #345.
