Implemented accessibility (a11y) improvements in `ChatView.tsx`, `Sidebar.tsx`, and updated `.gitignore`. Changes include adding visually hidden labels, aria-labels for icon buttons, and ARIA state attributes for collapsible content. Verified with Playwright and build tests.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 17656730677902551290 started by @BenjaminWie

This PR introduces several accessibility and micro-UX improvements to the Chat interface and Sidebar:
- Added a visually hidden label (\`sr-only\`) for the chat input.
- Added \`aria-label\` to icon-only buttons (Mic, Send, Sidebar Close).
- Added \`aria-live="polite"\` to the loading indicator in ChatView.
- Added \`aria-expanded\` and \`aria-controls\` to the citations toggle for better screen reader support.
- Updated \`.gitignore\` to exclude \`pnpm-lock.yaml\`.

These changes ensure the "Wohnpro Guide" is more inclusive and intuitive for all users, especially those using assistive technologies.
