Implemented several micro-UX and accessibility improvements in LoginView and ChatView. These changes include adding visually hidden labels for better screen reader support, properly associating error messages with inputs, and improving the accessibility of collapsible citation elements and loading states. All changes are under 50 lines per file and verified with a Playwright script.
