doc: update Tor guide CLI command

Updates the Tor guide to use the Bitgesell CLI name when pointing readers to getnodeaddresses help.

This keeps the document consistent with the surrounding BGL Core and BGLd references.

Review-assist note for the #32 / #81 docs cleanup lane:

The command-name replacement itself looks aligned with this repo: BGL-cli exists in src/BGL-cli.cpp and the generated manpage path is doc/man/BGL-cli.1, so replacing the stale bitcoin-cli reference is the right scope.

One tiny polish before merge: keep the full command rendered as inline code, matching the old line and the surrounding CLI/RPC examples:

run `BGL-cli help getnodeaddresses` for details.

That preserves copy/paste readability while still making the Bitgesell CLI name explicit. No code/runtime follow-up needed for this docs-only PR.
