Updated to Bitcoin 30.2 & Debian 13

This will be a definite improvement over the last version (which no longer works), but the following known issues remain:

1. On Linode, sometimes the logs just stop. (This may be a Linode issue.)
2. cyperpunkpay will not work because it depends on an old use of apt-key. It should be fixed or removed.
3. Changes for the Linode script have not been matched/tested in the non-Linode script

4. Should add signet to list, it should probably be default.

Two updates for today:

1. Signet and Pruned Signet are now options, and Pruned Signet is the default setup.
2. The Standup.sh script has been synced with the LinodeStandup.sh script and tested.

This leaves:

• On Linode, sometimes the logs just stop. (This may be a Linode issue.)
• cyperpunkpay will not work because it depends on an old use of apt-key. It should be fixed or removed.

However, I suggest merging as the new version is a big (working) improvement over the previous.
