  • I think it is good to merge your PR into main and I will include main branch in the VM.
  • Do you have any suggestions on the PR I recently opened (Added anadama2 and WDL commands and tutorials #2)? There is no merge conflict since we worked on separate directories. Should I work on separate branch or is it okay to get this PR merged into main and main cloned into the VM? Please let me know.
