This PR resolves multiple compilation and architectural inconsistencies across the core-go and core-dart packages while standardizing documentation project-wide. Key changes include consolidating redundant routing types in Go, fixing out-of-range Muxed ID validation in Dart, and replacing procedural comments with professional doc-comments (TSDoc, Go doc, Dart doc) for a cleaner codebase. All implementations have been verified against the shared specification and pass their respective test suites.
