Added QEMU and Buildx setup steps to the workflow and specified linux/amd64 and linux/arm64 platforms for Docker image builds. This allows publishing images compatible with multiple architectures.
Introduces SSH_PORT as a configurable environment variable with a default of 222, updates the SSH key path to /root/.ssh/id_rsa, and improves README documentation for environment variables and Docker usage. Also ensures EVENTS_FILE is sorted and deduplicated after file additions.
