Small firms sit on rooms of paper nobody can search: closed policy files, transaction records, pre-need contracts, tax workpapers. We come to you, count the boxes, and tell you what storage is costing you. Then we digitize on-site, reconcile every box against a signed manifest with a checksum, and install a searchable archive on equipment you own. Every answer it gives is cited back to the page image it came from.
We keep no copy of your records. That is the point.
A box count, a category breakdown, what storage costs you per year, and which categories are past their retention window. The findings are yours in writing whether or not you hire us.
