In addition to the test-specific comments I just left, I suggest including only one of these tests to pr_mom and prealpha tests.

This test can be removed, since this configuration is covered by the SMS_D_Ld9 and ERS_Ld9 tests.

Allright, so if I understand this correctly, a debug test and a restart test without debug cover the general SMS case.
I have removed it.
