The "Apps/Tweaks" section contains some rather useful buttons, so the user is encouraged to visit it. At the same time, it also contains some rather dangerous ones, e.g. "Reinstall all packages" or "Reset keyrings". To convey that these buttons should not be touched randomly, move them to a dedicated "Troubleshooting" page
Please let me know about any issues with this PR, it's my first time writing anything GTK- or Rust-related.
