This PR is not the prettiest, but the data demand it unfortunately. Every questionnaire has a different layout, formatting rules, etc, so every questionnaire needs its own reading script. I would not worry too much about the scripts, but rather check the output files to see if they align with your expectations. I have held off on merging the jsons together for now, but we can always do that later.
For now, note that all the chapters, tags, translations, and glosses have been added to both the Dutch questionnaire(s) and all the Likert judgments. I can go over it with you tomorrow?
