Neo Blaster

Neo Blaster is a legendary one-handed pistol.

A plasma blaster that can produce physical bullets from its own energy. Hold LMB for a charged shot.
While the origins of the tool are outside of alta production, a small alta energy tool production decided to give their spin on the style, in form of a handy blaster.

Radiomessages on pickup:

• You've just picked up an alta weapon, or an "energy tool", as they call it. According to my database, these usually have an extended set of features. I suggest reading its description.
