Manpower Requirements Analytics Dashboard Overview

This project is an interactive manpower planning and capacity analysis tool designed to model staffing requirements based on workload demand and productivity assumptions.

The dashboard converts operational workload into labor hours, translates those hours into required headcount, and highlights staffing gaps under different utilization scenarios. It supports multiple operational contexts using a shared analytical model.

This project is intentionally implemented as a client-side analytics prototype to demonstrate workforce planning logic, decision support design, and data visualization principles.

Supported Scenarios

The same analytical framework is applied across three realistic domains:

Operations — generic service or call-center style workload

Healthcare / Claims — administrative and appeals processing

Military / Government — mission support and logistics tasks

Each scenario uses independent workload datasets while sharing common staffing logic.
