- updated fastapi version
- updated support for python >=3.8, <3.12
- updated pydantic, pydantic-settings, SQLAlchemy, alembic, passlib, bcrypt
- updated 'orm_mode' to 'from_attributes', 'example' to 'examples'
- updated docker-compose, dockerfile
