Semantically-aware Tree Height Estimator (SaTHE) using optical and SAR images

This repository is under the development. Multitask 3D vegetation modeling consists of 2 tasks: 1) tree detection (X, Y) and 2) height estimation (Z).

The framework consists of 2 blocks: 1) Data preparation and 2) SaTHE.

The SaTHE model takes optical and/or SAR data as an input and returns tree mask map and tree height map. The model has entry blocks to extract sensor (opt,sar) specific features, backbone Attention U-Net and task-specific blocks(segmentation, regression).
