📝 Description

1. Made entire row hyperlinked to application instead of just the name and gave entire row a hover color (light blue)
2. Made an input box toggle for Actual Start Date - click on pencil icon to change date, click again to save it
3. Added calendar icon that provides a pop-up calendar for user to select date from (alternative to typing in)

Entire row is hyperlinked: hovering on it turns it light blue

Clicking pencil icon provides the input box to edit the date:

Right now, only the white rows turn blue on hover, need to fix for the gray rows.
