Setting up GitHub Copilot instructions for the CodeStorm-Hub.github.io repository following best practices.

Plan:

• Explore repository structure and understand current state
• Create .github/copilot/instructions.md with repository-specific instructions
• Configure agent environment with .github/copilot/agent-environment.yml if needed
• Add MCP server configuration for enhanced capabilities
• Test the configuration setup
• Verify all files are properly formatted and documented

Current Status:
Repository is minimal with basic GitHub Pages setup. Found .gitignore suggesting Next.js usage. Need to create Copilot instruction files in .github/copilot/ directory.
