docs: Update Figma MCP doc

Overview

Figma MCP docs now:

• include how to install the Figma plug-in (https://developers.figma.com/docs/figma-mcp-server/remote-server-installation/#cursor ), i.e. set up a remote server
• re-org notes such that this remote server is recommended appears before the local set-up
• mention there is a prompt to install git tools (to install the plug-in, this can take ~15 mins and the plug-in does not install correctly without git in the command line )
• include instructions for both cursor and claude code
• mention the difference between a remote and local set-up (remote/plug-in allows for more capabilities)
• include instructions for locally setting up MCP for claude
