Refine authoring experience and responsive navigation:
This commit:
Improve the authoring workflow across the editor and content management pages.
Adds support for cover image on blog articles
Refactors the blog into a view, and editor, components
Refactors the site header for a better responsive navigation experience.
Add accordion-style mobile navigation for nested menu items.
Improve profile avatar updates by preventing stale Supabase image when users update their avatars
Update both the API and frontend to support avatar refresh after uploads (both on users, and article cover images).
Remaining work: review and refine the mobile authoring experience.
