feat(affiliates): add bookmaker affiliate management and free bets page

This commit Implements OB-156 by introducing affiliate bookmaker integration for Overlay Bets, including public affiliate pages, admin management, click tracking, and bookmaker recommendations.

What's included

• Public affiliate links endpoint and Free Bets landing page
• Admin CRUD for bookmakers and affiliate offers
• Affiliate click tracking and analytics
• Affiliate disclosures and responsible gambling messaging
• Prisma migrations and updated seed data for bookmakers and offers

Notes

• Affiliate links are clearly disclosed and tracked independently of click.
• Rankings remain editorial and are not influenced by affiliate partnerships.
• Database migrations and seed scripts have been updated to support the new affiliate models and sample data.
