Thank you so much for your help kickstarting our readthedocs documentation for PhysIO. In order to recognize your contribution and merge the request, would you be able to add your name to the table in this Contributor-License-Agreement and add the change to this pull request, please?

The rationale is that because the PhysIO Toolbox is GPL-licensed, we want to keep all re-licensing rights under our parent organization (University of Zurich), in case we ever move to another license like MIT. More explanation can be found in the Contibuting guide.
