Summary

bump package metadata and public Action install snippets to v0.1.7
keep README and pilot-guide install examples aligned with package version
tighten tests so public install snippets do not drift from the package version

Validation

npm test -- test/action-metadata.test.mjs
npm test -- test/action-metadata.test.mjs test/public-docs.test.mjs
npm test
npm run build
git diff --check
