Summary

• Document the v0.1.8 sample/template/disabled MCP config coverage in README and TRUST.
• Add a pilot-guide check for whether sample/template/disabled findings stay separate from active MCP drift.
• Add a public-docs regression so the install-facing docs keep describing this coverage.
