Automated sync from Coridor-ai/coridor-sdlc.

These files are managed centrally. Edit them in coridor-sdlc, not here -- local edits are overwritten by the next sync.

Changes:

  • [~] .github/workflows/pr-gate.yml: new or unmanaged -> template-version 48088a264703
  • [~] .github/workflows/datadog-code-security.yml: new or unmanaged -> template-version 6375b8a0a829
  • [~] .github/dependabot.yml: new or unmanaged -> template-version d0abd30b9589
  • [~] SECURITY.md: new or unmanaged -> template-version b984efe6da4e
  • [~] CODEOWNERS: new or unmanaged -> template-version 6cfe43a9fd6a
  • [~] static-analysis.datadog.yml: new or unmanaged -> template-version c7c14f45e120
  • [~] .coridor/semgrep.yml: new or unmanaged -> template-version 68006a4a0e6d
  • [~] trufflehog/exclude-paths.txt: new or unmanaged -> template-version 41f6a182263c

Each synced file carries a first-line marker whose template-version is the sha256 of the template body; that hash drives change detection.
