A `@type` value of `@id` indicates that the value of this property is a string that represents a URI, which is not the case for either the free_to_read or license_ref properties.
In order for the schema to support an empty `<free_to_read/>` element, the `start_date` attribute must be optional.

This pull request depends on my previous one, Tag RP versions of all files "1.0".
