Replaces the security@example.invalid placeholders in .github/oss-fuzz/project.yaml with Aaron's contact decision from 2026-05-26: primary_contact: cryptojones@owasp.org auto_ccs: [] # single inbox during ramp-up The Sprint 10 row that flagged this blocker is updated to reflect the unblock; the only remaining work for Rec 13 is opening the actual upstream PR against google/oss-fuzz as projects/ghidra-decompiler/. Rec 14 (Jazzer JVM harnesses) is a separate follow-up — no in-tree manifest yet. Proudly Made in Nebraska.
