本 PR 为 RDK X5 平台新增 HGNetV2（B0~B4）模型支持，包含：
- 5 个 ONNX 导出脚本（
samples/vision/hgnetv2/conversion/onnx_export/） - 5 份 BPU 转换配置（
hgnetv2_b{0-4}.yaml） - 精度性能评估py文件(
eval.py) - 运行py文件(
main.py)
中英文 README 及模型评估相关文件
