Sync engage-native docs with Expo 55 and v1.18.3

Syncs documentation for d-sports-engage-native after d-sports-ecosystem/d-sports-engage-native@463eb6e merged the full codebase at v1.18.3 with Expo SDK 55.

Trigger repo changes

• Initial push of entire d-sports-engage-native repo (422 files) at version 1.18.3
• Expo 54 → Expo 55, Expo Router 6 with typed routes
• Android ProGuard rules added for R8 release builds
