Update engage-native docs for Expo 55 upgrade

Summary

Syncs the d-sports-engage-native docs page with changes from d-sports-ecosystem/d-sports-engage-native@399ca79.

Trigger repo changes

• Initial commit of the full d-sports-engage-native repo, with commit message: "fix: removed usage of deprecated edge-to-edge APIs for Android."
• SDK versions now at Expo 55, React Native 0.83, Expo Router 55.
• EAS Update CI workflow added for OTA publishing.

Docs changes (repositories/d-sports-engage-native.mdx)

• Updated tech stack table: Expo 54 → 55, React Native 0.81 → 0.83, Expo Router → Expo Router 55.
• Added changelog entries for SDK upgrade, Android edge-to-edge deprecation fix, and EAS Update CI.
• Expanded getting started section with required env vars and OTA update note.
