Quantify distribution shift

Quantify the distribution shift between the test and the train splits of the BirdSet datasets.

Tasks

• Generate embeddings for train and test split using AudioMAE
• Fréchet Inception Distance (FID)
• Global / per-class
• Compute energy and mmd directly on (peak normalized) waveforms
• Class-wise computation
• Use perch_v2 embeddings with correct sample rate and 5000 samples
• Recompute results incl. frechet
• Generate plots and compare with improvements of adversarial training
