New canisters are only accessible through icp0.io. Existing canisters work on both domains, but ic0.app will be phased out. icp0.io is for web serving, icp-api.io is the correct host for agent/canister calls. All 5 canisters verified working.
findOneBy did not load the chargebackOutput relation, so the fiatOutput was never deleted when resetting the AML check.
