Remove all npm package publishing steps from prd.yml: - Remove 'Setup npm' step (.npmrc creation) - Remove 'Build library' step (tsc build for npm) - Remove 'Publish to npm' step The NPM_ACCESS_TOKEN secret can now be deleted from repository settings.
