jupyter notebook의 설정 파일인 jupyter_notebook_config.py 파일을 생성하는 명령어
/opt/anaconda3/bin/jupyter notebook --generate-config가 사용되지 않도록 변경되어 jupyter notebook 사용이 불가능한 상태였음. 다시 추가하여 사용 가능한 상태로 변경함.
