Backroll 1.0.0-beta.1

The major bugs have been fixed and the core features of Backroll are available.
Some UX/UI improvements have been done.

We are now waiting for your feedback !

New prod

Updated the structure of the project :

• the prod is now included in the factorized compose projects with dev and staging
• the installation script aka quickstart.sh is included in the repository
• quickstart.sh is generated by a GitHub Action (currently tested)
