Dependencies update

• Update to React Router 8;
• Update to ESLint 10;
• Remove unmaintained ESLint Plugin React and ESLint Plugin React Hooks in favor to ESLint React;
• and ESLint Plugin Import in favor to ESLint Plugin Import-X.

The new linter revealed, again, many warnings in the code. Some concern the old class components and will be ignored before #224 is complet. Some concern recent components updated in #258 from the lint warnings of #251.
