Follow these steps to get the system up and running.
- Python 3.8+
- Node.js & npm
- Google Gemini API Key (Get one here)
Create a .env file in the root directory and add your credentials:

python3 -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate
# Install dependencies

uvicorn app.main:app --reloadThe backend will be running at http://localhost:8000.
The dashboard provides a visual interface for monitoring active honey-pot sessions.
cd dashboard
# Install dependencies
npm install
# Run the dev server
npm run devThe dashboard will be running at http://localhost:5173.
You can use the provided smoke test script to simulate a scam message:
