Damian Figiel

Co-Founder & CEO at SolidRPC · DevOps & Blockchain Infrastructure

I'm an infrastructure engineer and technical leader focused on cloud platforms, reliability, automation, and blockchain infrastructure.

Today, I'm building SolidRPC — blockchain RPC infrastructure for teams that care about reliability, predictable costs, and demanding workloads such as archive access, indexing, and trace/debug calls.

Building SolidRPC

At SolidRPC, I work across product, infrastructure, reliability, performance, and go-to-market.

We are building RPC infrastructure with a focus on:

  • reliable multi-network blockchain access
  • archive and historical workloads
  • indexing and data-intensive applications
  • trace/debug methods
  • predictable pricing and cost efficiency
  • automated reliability and operational resilience

Background

Before starting SolidRPC, I spent years building and operating production cloud and blockchain infrastructure across startup environments.

My work has included:

  • designing and operating Kubernetes platforms
  • infrastructure as code with Terraform
  • AWS and GCP cloud architecture
  • SRE, observability, incident response, and disaster recovery
  • CI/CD and developer platform automation
  • operating blockchain nodes, validators, indexers, and RPC infrastructure
  • infrastructure cost optimization
  • technical leadership and engineering delivery
