Summary

  • Moves the prompt optimization system prompt template from _prompt_optimization.md to a Python module (_prompt_optimization_prompt.py)
  • The markdown file was not included in release wheels, causing FileNotFoundError at runtime
  • This was introduced by chore: remove some files from the build #17020 which excludes .md files from packaging
  • Deletes the now-unused .md file

Changelog

  • Moved prompt template from .md file to Python module to ensure it is included in release wheels

Test plan

  • Verify _prompt_optimization_prompt.py is included in the built wheel
  • Run prompt optimization to confirm the template loads correctly
