Operator Profile

This screen allows for viewing the currently logged in operator profile and permissions they have been assigned.

The following information is provided:

  • Operator Identifier: the unique number of the operator on the system.
  • Operator Name: the name of the operator which does not need to be unique on the system.
  • Allow Take On: whether or not the operator is allowed to use the Take On process on the mobile app. Supervisors can disable an operator's ability to perform a Take On using this option by changing the setting on the server.
  • Allow Cycle Count: whether or not the operator is allowed to use the Cycle Count process on the mobile app. Supervisors can disable an operator's ability to perform a Take On using this option by changing the setting on the server.
  • Allow Stock Take: whether or not the operator is allowed to use the Stock Take process on the mobile app. Supervisors can disable an operator's ability to perform a Take On using this option by changing the setting on the server.
  • Allow Receiving: whether or not the operator is allowed to use the Receiving process on the mobile app. Supervisors can disable an operator's ability to perform a Take On using this option by changing the setting on the server.
  • Allow Labelling: whether or not the operator is allowed to use the Labelling process on the mobile app. Supervisors can disable an operator's ability to perform a Take On using this option by changing the setting on the server.
  • Allow Putaway: whether or not the operator is allowed to use the Putaway process on the mobile app. Supervisors can disable an operator's ability to perform a Take On using this option by changing the setting on the server.
  • Allow Replenishment: whether or not the operator is allowed to use the Replenishment process on the mobile app. Supervisors can disable an operator's ability to perform a Take On using this option by changing the setting on the server.
  • Allow Picking: whether or not the operator is allowed to use the Picking process on the mobile app. Supervisors can disable an operator's ability to perform a Take On using this option by changing the setting on the server.
  • Allow Loading: whether or not the operator is allowed to use the Loading process on the mobile app. Supervisors can disable an operator's ability to perform a Take On using this option by changing the setting on the server.
  • Allow Edit Device Config: this setting dictates whether an operator is allowed to edit the application Settings which can be accessed from the Main Menu. If this setting is disabled, the Settings can still be edited, but will require authorization from an Operator.
  • Allow View Device Info: whether or not the operator is allowed to open the device information screen from the main menu. If this setting is disabled, the Device Info screen can still be opened, but will require authorization from an Operator.
  • Allow Delete Database: whether or not the operator is allowed to delete the database on the device using the option from the Main Menu. If this setting is disabled, the Device Info screen can still be opened, but will require authorization from an Operator.
  • Date Created: the date when the operator was created not the system.
