I tested it on my Arch distro, and it works. To be fair I already had a working environment there, but I never documented the packages, so this is nice to have.

Decided to try out CachyOS on my Framework 13, so I updated the instructions for the main README. Also updated the
tools/get-binutils.shscript to get the latest version, which should fix an issue with GCC 15. Also added-mabi=32to theASFLAGSin the main MAKEFILE. Hopefully these fixes don't break other systems, please test on your systems before approving!Note: Not sure how to get the mips64 gcc compiler working on arch, but the regular IDO build should work just fine.
