Syncs Pulumi state with actual Cloudflare state before applying changes, so manual dashboard edits (e.g. removing a Pages custom domain) are detected and re-created automatically on next deploy. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
