Both specs were implemented and shipped (v1.2.0 and v1.4.0 respectively per CHANGELOG.md) but never committed. Marks all 10 tasks in multi-agent-pipeline/tasks.md as done to match the already-completed OC-REPORT.md in onboarding-fixes.
